With over 50 years of experience, the company is now led by its third generation and is part of the Ravelo business group, which provides the necessary support and financial backing.
JS Cheeses is dedicated to sharing Hispanic culture in the gastronomy and hospitality sectors in the U.S., offering cheeses that are key ingredients in many traditional Hispanic dishes and the new Latin fusion cuisine. Managed by Ravelo Food, from the Sogamoso Valley to the Rio Grande, the company is strengthening its service portfolio with imports of products from Hispanic countries such as Colombia, Costa Rica, Mexico, and Brazil.
